Tickets for "Annie"

Annie’ tickets going fast
While good seats still remain, early sales for the Winfield Community Theatre production of “Annie” are strong.
“If people want to sit in the front half of the theatre, they ought to come in right away,” said Barbara Mehuron of Walnut Valley Travel, who is coordinating ticket sales.
Annie opens at 8 p.m. Friday, with additional performances Saturday and April 29 and 30. There is a matinee at 2 p.m. Sunday. No advance tickets will be sold for the matinee.
The show stars three newcomers to WCT. Teighlor Light, who plays Annie, is a sixth grade student at Haysville Middle School. Light is the 2004 Miss Kansas Preteen talent winner and a member of Focus Model Management.
Toma Foster portrays Grace Farrell. She last appeared in the Iola Community Theater staging of “Annie Get Your Gun.” Seth Bate is Oliver Warbucks. Bate is the bell choir director at First Baptist Church. He studied music and theater at Southwestern College.
