Auditions for WCT's first show of the season, Delval Divas , are this Saturday (6/25) and next Tuesday (6/28).

Auditions for the first show in WCT's 2005-6 season, Delval Divas, have been set. The auditions will be held on Saturday June 25th at 10am and on Tuesday June 28th at 7:30pm in the Winfield Community Theatre in Meyer Hall. Rehearsals will begin on July 5th and he held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Performance dates are August 19, 20, 26 and 27, 2005. The cast consists of 6 women who range in age from the late 20's to over 40.
Delval Divas is set in a minimum security women's prison where some of the inmates are living a life of luxury. When the Divas find out that the state is planning on closing the prison and moving them to different facilities, they spring into action to save their luxurious lifestyles. Delval Divas was written by Barbara Pease Weber who will be attending this production which is the Mid-West premier.
