Hambone for Inspecting Carol

Congratulations to Jim Karasek who won the Hambone Award for Inspecting Carol. Jim played the character of Larry. The Hambone is voted by the crew and non-performing board members and is based on not only the performance but their help with the whole show.

Auditions

Director Julia Lambert has announced the auditions for WCT's winter production, Jake's Women. This Neil Simon play introduces Jake, who writes better fiction than the life he leads. Facing a marital crisis he begins daydreaming about the women in his life including a former wife, his daughter as a youth, a bossy sister, his current wife who is preparing to leave him and a future wife. Keep in mind that all of this visualization takes place in Jakes's head. With all of these thoughts it is surely enough to leave any man's head spinning.
Auditions will be held December 12 and 14 at 7pm in Winfield Community Theatre in Meyer Hall on Baden Square. There are roles for 1 man, 7 women and 1 female teen.
